• All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography conditions.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations.

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• Opened coloring books and used art supplies are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of HAVACO LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVACO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
