At HAVACO LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened coloring books and used art supplies (markers, pencils, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — [Order Number]".
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will send you an email confirming receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund amount will include the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds
